At rethink, we have extensive experience working with Anger Management focus groups, and we’ve assembled a six week Anger Management Program that covers all aspects of learning to understand and control your anger.

We start by looking at the biological basis of anger, and move quickly on to its purposes in life, its misuse, and how you can more effectively understand and control anger triggers. We help you to be a more aware listener, and show you how you can change your behaviour around anger. Our program will help you to understand and master your anger issues, and help you to lead a happier and more fulfilling life with those you around you.
