Couples therapy
When you start to think about attending counselling with your partner it's usually because your relationship isn't going as well as you'd like it to. Perhaps you and your partner are struggling with some aspect of your relationship, or you'd both like to regain some of your lost intimacy and develop new skills for solving problems.

We can help you to work on better communication, how to be an effective partner but still maintain your own identity, ways to improve your intimacy, and your parenting skills. Counselling can also be useful for couples who have decided to part ways but wish to work towards a healthy friendship or resolve co-parenting issues.
