Anger is a normal human emotion, but sometimes it can get you into trouble. The problem is not anger itself, but the way that you manage it and deal with conflict. I've assembled a six module Anger Management Program, based on my extensive work with anger management groups.

My program covers the purpose of anger in life, its misuse, and how you can more effectively understand and control anger triggers. I can help you to be a more aware listener, and show you how you can change your behaviour so that anger doesn’t always have a negative outcome.

The program also shows you how to set healthy boundaries and be assertive. Learning to deal more effectively with those around you can make you happier and feel more fulfilled. Recognizing and employing appropriately assertive behaviour and setting reasonable boundaries with others helps you to create more positive outcomes. Many of us did not learn
this skill growing up and have trouble understanding what it means to be assertive.
